 I started my own
home town real estate company five years ago, and I bring with me 17
years of real estate experience.
Most of my sales have
been in Monterey and Pacific Grove. So hence the name, Mont Grove
Realty.
I have lived through
three personal remodels here on the Monterey Peninsula, and when I look
at homes with buyers, I look at them as if I were buying for myself.

Bonnie Pieper - Sales Associate
Bonnie is married to Rick Pieper who is a Greens
Keeper for The Pebble Beach Corporation.
They have two teenaged
boys, Tommy Jack & Bogie, who attend Pacific Grove schools.
Bonnie and Rick enjoy their home on Evergreen Rd. in the Asilomar area
of Pacific Grove. She has worked very hard on their garden.
Its great living here
on the Peninsula. I didn't realize it until I left to attend Cal Poly
SLO (Which is a great area too!) After graduating I moved back here and
I did professional gardening, for many years. Becoming a Real Estate

Carrol Patterson - Sales

 Carrol started real estate in the 1960's and has worked
consecutively in real estate since that time, primarily focusing on
residential property and income property.
Having lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1972 Carrol has seen many
changes to the Monterey Peninsula during that time. She is very
familiar with property values in the area. Carrol has traveled
extensively but appreciates the Monterey Peninsula's beauty and charm
and would not consider living anywhere else. The Monterey Peninsula is
a very special place to live.
